The website mentions that the final submission is due “11-Jul-11” but does this imply that no submissions will be counted from the start of July 11 (00:00) or does it mean that submissions on July 11 up to (23:59) will be counted.
Basically, does the contest end on midnight July 10 or midnight July 11 with regards to the final submission time that will be counted in the final results?
I figure teams that are planning their final upload might need to know this to properly plan their result submission.
