The PHM capability taxonomy is a product being developed by the Society’s Education and Professional Development Committee to aid all stakeholders in the PHM community. It is a matrix of PHM skills or knowledge and associated descriptors for different practitioner capability levels- entry level, working level and mastery level. This post includes the status as of the Oct 2013 conference. The taxonomy is currently in being worked with planned completion in the summer of 2014.
