Good afternoon…
We are implementing SBM techniques to Anemometer Condition Monitoring.
We want to validate our work with the 2011 PHM challenge data …. but we were not able to find the reference scoring files on the 2011 PHM-challenge site…
is the ground-truth scoring files for this data available at the site?… or…. can you provide us this information?….
