The PHM Data Challenge announcement stated that registered teams can send only one test data submission per team per week (on Mondays by Noon PST deadline) to data@phmconference.org
Update: We have automated the submission evaluation process and every team can send one test submission *per day*. Upon registration, any team will receive an account and password for online submissions. Teams will be able to explore their results/error messages and history online.
