PHM Society Awards
Each year the PHM Society solicits nominations from the PHM community to honor candidates who have truly distinguished themselves in service to the PHM society as well as the discipline as a whole.
There are three categories of awards:
- PHM Contributor of the Year – Individual and Organization
- Scott Clements MVP Award – Individual
- PHM Contributor of the Year – Institution
- PHM Society Fellow
- Lifetime Achievement Award
The nomination process for Fellows and the Lifetime Achievement Award consists of filling out a detailed form and soliciting letters of reference. All necessary documents should be sent to: nominations@phmsociety.org. The Contributor of the Year nominations do not require detailed forms to be filled out; just a citation and one letter of reference.
Deadline for nominations (including all reference letters): MAY 01 (updated for 2021)
The Awards Committee will prepare a full list of nominations for consideration by the PHM Society’s Board of Directors (BoD). The BoD will vote on these recommendations for presentation at the Annual Conference of the PHM Society in the US later in the fall.
