On behalf of the Prognostics and Health Management (PHM) Society we are soliciting posters for a special student poster session at the 2nd European Conference of the PHM Society, July 8–10, 2014, in Nantes, France held in conjunction with the 7th European Workshop on SHM. Posters are intended for student authors and participants to engage in discussion about their work and provide an opportunity to presents late-breaking results, ongoing research, or works in progress. Submission Instructions:
The submission opens on November 25, 2013 through the PHM Society website (www.phmsociety.org). Please submit an abstract by the abstract submission deadline, January 24, 2014, using the normal submission process choosing ‘Student Poster’ under ‘Submission Type.’ Submissions will be reviewed.

Poster templates: The template with guidelines for formatting the student poster is available here. While preparing the poster, please take note of all the reviewer comments. Reviewer feedback on the posters will be sent to the authors by March 31, 2014.

In addition to presenting the poster at the conference, the authors are invited to also submit a Technical Brief on the same subject as the poster, which will be reviewed, and, if accepted, will be included in the Conference proceedings. Submitting a Technical Brief is not mandatory, and the poster presentation will be accepted whether the authors of a student poster submit a Technical Brief, or not.

The initial submission of the Technical Briefs will be due on April 18, 2014 and reviewer feedback on the Technical Briefs will be provided by May 16, 2014. Final submission for the accepted Technical Briefs will be due on May 30, 2014. Please note that Technical Briefs must be prepared strictly according to the template of the full paper per the instructions available here.
