Registration
- Full conference attendance from Monday September 24 – Thursday September 27 (plus Monday evening Welcome Reception)
- Conference Banquet Wednesday September 26
- Pre-conference short courses and workshop are not included, but may be added during the registration process
- 1-Day conference registrations do not include the Conference Banquet, a ticket may be purchased for $100

Banquet Tickets: This is included with a Full Conference registration. An additional ticket may be purchased for $250.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations are allowed if requested on or before August 15, 2018. In case of cancellation, your registration fee will be refunded minus a 25% cancellation fee. Cancellations after that date will forfeit the registration fee. Substitutions are allowed up until the conference.
