Exhibit-Only Badges

These badges are intended for personnel who will work in the booth but not attend technical sessions.

  • Exhibitor Badges will provide admission to General Sessions, Breakfasts, Lunches, Session Breaks, Welcome and Poster Receptions, and the Annual Conference Banquet.

Service Contractor/ Exhibitor Kit

GES CANADA/Clarkson-Conway is the designated service contractor for this event. Additional booth furnishings may be purchased directly through them as well as material handling services. GES has appointed MENDELSSOHN EVENT LOGISTICS as the official customs broker and transportation provider for The PHM 2011 Conference. Mendelssohn has developed the most dependable network of transportation services expressly designed for convention and trade show traffic. For all customs and shipping needs, we recommend that you deal directly with Mendelssohn Event Logistics. They will advise on how best to ship goods and will assist exhibitors in the completion of customs documents -See page(s) 33-39 in the Exhibitor Kit.

IMPORTANT BORDER CROSSING/SHIPPING DOCUMENT:

Authorized Trade Show Letter from Border to Show and MTL-1 Customs Document
Issued by: Canadian Border Authority
Foreign participants must have in hand a copy of the trade show authorization letter and MTL-1 document at border crossing and also attach a copy of the authorization letter and MTL-1 document to expedited goods, in order to facilitate entry to Canada.

Material Handling – Exhibitors are not allowed to hand carry their tradeshow booth into the Exhibit Hall. The movement of all tradeshow material on hotel premises must be prearranged through and moved by GES. Please be sure to fill out and fax in the appropriate Material Handling Order form located in the Exhibitor Kit to ensure proper delivery..
