- Full conference attendance from Monday September 23 – Thursday September 26 (plus Monday evening Welcome Reception)
- Conference Banquet Wednesday September 25
- Pre-conference short courses and workshop are not included, but may be added during the registration process
- 1-Day conference registrations do not include the Conference Banquet, a ticket may be purchased for $125

Banquet Tickets: This is included with a Full Conference registration. An additional ticket may be purchased for $125.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations are allowed if requested on or before August 15, 2019. In case of cancellation, your registration fee will be refunded minus a 25% cancellation fee. Cancellations after that date will forfeit the registration fee. Substitutions are allowed up until the conference.

The reservation deadline for our conference reduced rate is 8/30/19. We recommend you make your reservations soon!
Please note: When receiving your reservation from the Scottsdale Resort, there may be mention of an additional resort fee. Everyone at PHM will have that fee waived. The verbiage is standard in the hotel confirmation and can’t be removed.
